Having just returned from Kenya I can advise that a more realistic price for a taxi into town is 3000ksh
There is a limo firm called Capital opperating from the arrivals hall http://www.capitallimo.co.ke
If arriving late at night these would be a sensible & safer option rather than a normal taxi caught outside the terminal
