HANGOVER
Introduction
Hangover is the common term used to describe the headache occasionally accompanied by nauseous symptoms the day following over consumption of alcohol. Alcohol is a diuretic, telling your body to expel fluids by way of urinating. This leaves your body dehydrated and your liver trying to get rid of the alcohol. Limiting you alcohol consumption is the easiest prevention, but if you do wake up with these symptoms after a night of drinking, drinking a lot of water is the best solution. If you think about it before you go to bed, drink as much water as you can handle and you may prevent the symptoms all together. If water isn't enough pain relief tablets as directed on the bottle should help.
