Boston Logan Airport has a number of facilities to assist disabled passengers visiting the airport. These include good access for wheelchair users including lifts / elevators and courtesy airport shuttle buses with wheelchair lifts that travel to the long-term car parking areas. There are a number of parking spaces located close to the airport's terminal buildings for vehicles with the relevant parking permits.

 

There are also telephones for people with hearing difficulties. The information desk at the airport has further information about all of the airport's disabled facilities.

 

Remember to inform your airline of your requirements well in advance of your scheduled departure (most airlines suggest 48 hours). It is always advisable for disabled travellers to inquire about any special requirements prior to arriving at Boston Logan Airport.
