There is a Rome Ciampino Airport bus operated by Terravision run from the Rome Ciampino Airport to Rome Termini railway station. These buses leave from the stops right alongside the departure side of the terminal and depart the CIA Rome Ciampino International Airport every 15-45 minutes between 08:40 and 00:20. The Rome Ciampino Airport bus tickets can be bought in the Arrivals Hall, to the right when entering the hall (not the hall where you pick up your luggage, the one after).

Sitbus runs from the public Rome Ciampino Airport bus stops (cross the car park from the terminal) to Roma Termini, the main train station in the city centre. They leave the Rome Ciampino Airport daily every 45 minutes between 08:30 and 23:45, with travel time of 45 minutes. Tickets can be bought on the bus. There is no charge for luggage.

ATTRAL bus to Anangina Metro:


The blue ATTRAL buses run from the public Rome Ciampino Airport bus stops (cross the car park from the terminal) to metro station Anagnina (on line A) and some buses also stop at the Ciampino railway station. Buses leave the CIA Rome Ciampino International Airport on work days every 40 minutes between 06:00 and 22:40 and take 10-15 minutes to reach Anagnina. Once at Anagnina, follow the M sign to find the Metro station (line A). Metro tickets can be bought from a machine and cost EUR 1. Travel time is 75 minutes to Anagnina, 20 minutes to Termini (main train station), and 25-30 minutes to Spagna (Spanish Steps). Trains run every 5 minutes and tickets for travelling on the ATTRAL bus can be bought from the little booth in Arrivals. Fare for adults, one way is EUR 1.20. You can also buy them on the bus although they may cost EUR 0.10 more. There is an extra charge of EUR 1.20 for very large luggage.

 

ATTRAL bus to Roma Termini:


The blue ATTRAL buses run from the public bus stops (cross the car park from the terminal) also run to Roma Termini (Piazza dei 500)the main train station in the city centre. Rome Ciampino Airport buses leave the airport daily at 23:50 and 00:15 only with travel time of approximately 40 minutes. Fare for adults one way is EUR 5. Tickets can be bought from the little booth in Arrivals. You can also buy them on the bus although they may cost EUR 0.10 more. There is an extra charge of EUR 1.20 for very large luggage.
