Charlotte Airport is a joint civil-military airport.


In 2011, Charlotte Airport served 19,022,535 passengers, making CLT the 11th busiest airport in the USA. According to a survey conducted by the airport, 93% of travelers who visited CLT in 2011 found their overall experience to be highly satisfactory. That's quite the endorsement.


Charlotte Airport is currently US Airways' largest hub. Other airlines serving CLT include Air Canada, Airtran, American, Delta, JetBlue, Lufthansa, United and US Airways.
