The cheapest way to travel from the Nairobi Airport to the city is by City Bus 34 which goes by the Hilton and Ambassador hotels, but be warned that a lot of travellers get ripped off on this bus or when they disembark. Always have your Nairobi Airport bus fare ready at hand and hide your valuables well. Keep fully alert at all times. Buses run from 05:45am to 21:30 weekdays, 06:20 to 21:30 on Saturdays and 07:15 to 21:30 on Sundays and the journey is about 45 minutes.
