The Airport Authority of Thailand (AOT) operates their own fleet of limousines at BKK Bangkok Suvarnabhumi International Airport, although these are just "nicer" cars and vans, rather than stretch limousines. Bangkok Airport transfer limousines can be booked in advance (recommended for complex journeys) or just go to the limousine counter on level 2, immediately after exiting the baggage claim.

Limousine service is not cheap, however if you are travelling in a moderately-sized group (4 or more people plus luggage) it might be worth considering since you would otherwise have to hire two or more taxis to get you to where you are going. But consider this option carefully as the price will likely be about 3-4 times that of a metered taxi. Limousine service can take you almost anywhere in Thailand, whereas taxi licences in Bangkok are more restricted to servicing areas around Bangkok and to Pattaya.

Passengers are responsible for payment of any incurred highways tolls.

Also note that the AOT limousine service has counters inside the baggage reclaim area, which is useful for booking your ride while waiting for your bags and you won't have to deal with the chaos outside the secure area. They will try to sell you on a larger and newer car but older, still clean cars are available at up to 50% off.
