All long term Philadelphia Airport parking can only be done at the Economy Parking Lot at a flat rate of USD 11 per day. There are 3 entrances to the Economy Parking Lot: 2 are conveniently located at the Airport Departures Road past Terminal F (take the first exit and follow the signs to Economy Parking); and at the intersection of Island and Penrose avenues (from I-95 North, take Exit 13 to 291 West, bear left, then follow thru to the first traffic light; from I-95 South, take Exit 15 and turn left at the first traffic light)..

Buses, trailers, semis, and vehicles over 9,000 pounds gross vehicle weight are not permitted in the Economy Lot.

A new PHL Airport parking Cell Phone Waiting Lot is easily accessible from both I-95 and Route 291 and provides free waiting on Philadelphia Airport property. The lot features space for 150 vehicles and is a one-minute drive to the baggage claim areas. Drivers must wait with their vehicles while waiting in the lot.

From I-95 North and South: Exit at PHL Philadelphia International Airport, enter the Airport on the Arriving Flights roadway and follow the signs for the Cell Phone Waiting Lot.

From Route 291: Follow the signs to Philadelphia International Airport, take the Arriving Flights roadway and follow the signs to the Cell Phone Waiting Lot.
