Nanjing Lukou Airport (NKG) Public & Private Bus Transfers

AIRPORT TO NANJING

There are two options to take a bus from Nanjing Lukou Airport to Nanjing.

Express Bus Line to Zhonghuamen:

• Nanjing Lukou Airport > Zhonghuamen (China Gate) Long-Distance Bus Station > Shuiximen > Hanzhongmen > Guofangyuan 
• Operates 09:30 to 22:00
• Buses run at 15-30 minute intervals
• There are good metro and bus connections at the Zhonghuamen (China Gate) Long-Distance Bus Station

Express Bus Line to Nanjing Railway Station:

• Nanjing Lukou Airport > Yuhua Square > Qinhongqiao > Yixianqiao > Nanjing Railway Station 
• Operates from the first flight to the last flight arrival
• Buses run at 15-30 minute intervals

NANJING TO AIRPORT

There are three options to take a bus to Nanjing Lukou Airport.

Express Bus Line from Zhonghuamen:

• Zhonghuamen (China Gate) Long-Distance Bus Station > Nanjing Lukou Airport 
• Operates 06:00 to 20:30
• Buses run at 30 minute intervals
• Enter the bus station building and go to Gate 7 - buy your ticket from the kiosk at the gate, not the main ticket office.
• SCAM ALERT - ignore the touts who hang around outside the bus station and metro station claiming to operate the official bus service (they will usually quote the same price, but you'll be loaded into the back of a small, run-down minibus, then they will drop you off several kilometres short of the airport and claim that the fare into the actual airport is several hundred yuan) 

Express Bus Line from Nanjing Railway Station:

• Nanjing Railway Station East Square Bus Station (221 Longpan Middle Road, northwest of Jinrunfa Market) services the airport via Ruijin Road
• Nanjing Railway Station (East Square) > Ruijin Lu > Nanjing Lukou Airport
• Operates 06:00 to 20:30
• Buses run at 30 minute intervals
• The trip takes about 1 hour, about 10-15 minutes longer if there are stops along Ruijin Road

Express Bus Line from Hanzhongmen:

• Hanzhongmen (Hanzhong Gate) Long-Distance Bus Station > Nanjing Lukou Airport
• No stops, except the two buses that depart at 06:00 and 09:00, which stop at Zhonghuamen (China Gate) Long-Distance Bus Station
• Operates 06:00 to 21:00
• Buses run at 60 minute intervals
• The trip takes about 1 hour
