Where is Bahrain Airport?  


Manama is the capital and largest city of Bahrain. There is evidence of human settlement on the northern coastline of Bahrain dating back to the Bronze Age. In more recent history, the British withdrew in 1971, and the newly independent State of Bahrain designated Manama as the capital city.

Bahrain International Airport (IATA: BAH, ICAO: OBBI), also referred to as Bahrain Manama International Airport, Bahrain Muharraq International Airport, Bahrain Manama Airport, Bahrain Muharraq Airport, or simply Bahrain Airport, is on the island of Muharraq,  7 kilometres (4.3 miles) northeast of Manama city centre, Capital Governorate, Bahrain.
