The airport provides two cell-phone waiting areas, where you can wait for your passenger to call upon their arrival. These are located just across the street from the shuttle parking lot and by the flag plaza just to the north of the shuttle. Please make sure that your passenger is ready to be picked up when they call so that you are not parking in the pick-up zones in front of the terminal. This will congest traffic and risk being ticketed.
