You can be escorted at all times within the terminal with assistance at passport control, check-in or baggage reclaim and customs. You have priority access at every stage of the security checks.


Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport terminal entrances marked on the ground and the doors by white or red bands. Moving walkways and escalators are indicated at either end by yellow bands. There are lowered public telephone booths in all terminals. Seats inside the terminals have been straightened to make it easier for those who have trouble getting up. There are induction loops for the hearing-impaired in the waiting areas and automatic ticket dispensers are adapted to wheelchair-bound passengers. Toilets are accessible to wheelchair bound travellers, including motorized wheelchairs.
