Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport Train Recommendations

IHateTaxis.com recommends the Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport train service.

This is a relatively efficient form of ground transportation though you will need to know which station you should get off at and you may need to take a taxi to your final destination. Note that the subway does have some unsavoury characters, so make sure to watch your belongings at all times.

Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport Train

Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport train photo

Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport has 2 train stations. Aéroport Charles de Gaulle 1, linked to other parts of the airport complex by the free shuttle bus (which departs from outside door 20), and the Aéroport Charles de Gaulle 2 at Aérogare 2.

RER Train to Paris:

Both Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport stations are served by commuter trains on RER line B3 Roissyrail. There is a free Green Shuttle bus to Metro station (RER). To get to the airport, take any line B train whose four-letter destination code begins with E (e.g. EIRE). Regular metro ticket windows cannot always sell these tickets, so you may have to buy one at the RER station where you board. The last train in both directions is at midnight. Connections can be made all over France including Disneyland and Eurodisney on line A4.
