Other BOS Boston Logan Airport Ground Transportation Options

One unique Logan Airport transportation is taking a boat.  There is a Boston Logan Airport dock near the Harborside Hyatt Hotel, not far from the airport. Free Shuttle bus No 66 runs to the dock every 10 minutes from all terminals. There is a phone at the dockside and at other stops to summon a taxi if there is not one waiting.

Harbor Express to Hull and Quincy Hull Service runs Monday to Friday only. Depart from Logan Airport dock at 06:42, 11:40, 13:15, 17:00, 17:35 and 18:35 and arrive at Hull 35-40 minutes later. Eight ferries depart Hull at 06:05, 07:25, 12:20, 14:00 (change of boat at Quincy), 17:40, 18:15 and 19:15. Fare is USD 12 one way, seniors USD 10 and children 0-11 travel free.

City Water Taxi runs from the Boston Logan Airport dock to many destinations in Boston, including the Aquarium, Monday to Saturday from 07:00 to 22:00 and Sunday 0700 to 22:00. Fare is USD 10 one way, round trip USD 17 and children 12 and under travel free.

Rowes Wharf Water Taxi is an on-call service from the airport dock to Rowes Wharf/Boston Harbor Hotel, World Trade Center and Moakley Federal Courthouse. This service runs daily between June and September from 07:00 to 19:00 and May to October, weekdays only, 07:00 to 19:00. Fare is USD 10 one way and USD 17 round trip.

ALERT: The Callahan Tunnel is closed 23:00-05:00 nightly for construction, impacting ground transportation to/from Boston Logan Airport. Boats may be busier than usual.
